The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Somec S.p.A. approved the 2024 financial statements.

The consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024, report revenues of €382.8 million, up from €371 million in 2023, and a strong increase in adjusted EBITDA, which rose to €30.1 million (+65.5%), with a significant improvement in margins. Adjusted operating profit (EBIT) reached €12.9 million, showing a marked improvement compared to the previous year. Adjusted net income returned to positive territory, reaching €4.8 million, after the loss recorded in 2023. Also noteworthy is the improvement in net financial position before IFRS 16, which decreased to €36.1 million. These results confirm Somec’s path toward structured and sustainable growth.
