SOMEC completes the first phase of the FABBRICA WORKS transaction

SOMEC finalized the first phase of the reorganization of FABBRICA WORKS, to strengthen its production capacity, through the purchase of 16 percent of the capital, reaching a direct and indirect controlling stake of 86 percent.

At the same time, FABBRICA WORKS acquired ownership of the real estate complex located in San Biagio di Callalta (Treviso), until now in use under a lease agreement.

FABBRICA WORKS is a SOMEC Group company active in the production of engineered civil facade systems, operating in projects managed by the US flagship of the FABBRICA Group and BLUESTEEL operating in the EU.
