The Mestieri division has secured a series of new contracts with a total value of 25 million euros for high-end interior design projects and iconic architectural elements across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
The projects involve multiple developments and prestigious brands in the deluxe retail, premium hospitality, and luxury residential sectors, as well as other fields where the quality of materials, meticulous attention to detail, and the uniqueness of bespoke craftsmanship are distinctive hallmarks.
The contracts involve several companies within the Mestieri division – Budri, Gino Ceolin, Lamparredo, Skillmax, and Mestieri itself – within a framework of increasing integration and synergistic collaboration.
The works are scheduled between the last quarter of 2025 and the first half of 2026, in renowned locations such as Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Dubai, Geneva, Paris, London, Venice, Forte dei Marmi, Lake Como, and Costa Smeralda. This confirms the division’s international vocation and high-end positioning. The economic effects will be distributed over the same period.
“These new contracts confirm the renewed growth trend within the luxury market and Mestieri’s ability to interpret its evolving needs. It is a dynamic segment offering significant development prospects, and we are ready to seize new opportunities, supported by a solid model and a distinctive identity,” commented Somec’s Chairman, Oscar Marchetto.
