Talenta: Oxin secures a record-breaking €53 million order

Talenta Professional Kitchen Systems and Products BU, through its subsidiary Oxin, has secured a new order worth a total value of €53 million.

The order concerns the turnkey supply of galley, pantry, catering and bar areas for two latest-generation cruise liners owned by a German cruise company part of a major international group, currently under construction at a leading Italian shipyard.

Both vessels are designed to offer a comprehensive range of services, with the distinctive modernity and “resort” style of the on-board concept typified by the food & beverage and restaurant areas.

The solutions developed by Oxin are characterized by a high level of integration between space design, operational flows and system engineering – supporting the operational needs of the staff and the excellence standards of the food and beverage offering.

The contract supply covers a total area of approximately 14,000 m², equally distributed between the two units, and includes the construction of a dedicated production line for on-board beer brewing – a solution that requires specialized skills and a high level of flexibility to meet specific customer requirements.

The vessels are scheduled for delivery between 2030 and 2031, with economic returns expected between 2027 and 2030.

This is the highest-value contract ever acquired in Oxin’s twenty-two years in business.
